Looks like the way of the future. My hammock will never be used without insulation. It just doesn't get warm enough here. Any plans for a synthetic model?

Color me an early adopter of the double-argon.
Interestingly my new Insulhammock weighs 2lb 11oz. Coincidence?
TwoTrees noted the craftmanship and dedication-I can only second that.
Looking forward to testing it on the Roan now less than 2 weeks I think (but you all know
I'm calendar challenged).
p.s. digging (seriously) digging the down pillow I found in mine.
p.s.s. just weighed mine=2.57 pounds woohoo

[QUOTE=twotrees;1279853]Wanted to share my review of the Three Season Argon Insulhammock and matching Argon tarp.
Thanks twotrees! I'm really happy The ARGON Insulhammock and ARGON tarp performed well for you! That Brown is really a beautiful color on both! (I'm probably not going to quit saying that until I make myself that same setup,so I apologize) The Argon is a joy to work with and a Pfaff IDT system really helps too! Thanks for the review and look forward to seeing you on Roan.
Thanks Dutch ! I appreciate The shout out but I also appreciate Your contribution here too! With 7 ARGON Insulhammocks and 3 SIL ARGON tarps under our belt , I can't begin to say enough about the performance of this material,,Game Changer! Did I mention the Brown is beautiful?
Thanks! I think it might not be THE future , but a good alternative for those of us who just want to buy everything at once or just Tired of The fiddle factor and also there is something to be said about a safety factor associated due to ease of setup and use.
A Synthetic Summer model has been in the works for a while now, Using different types and combinations of Insulation currently and We have almost decided on what to use. This will be an affordable alternative to get people in the
Insulhammock Micro-climate and can be used in conjunction with the Standard Down Insulhammock For Extreme Cold ,,That model should be released shortly AFTER 2015 RHK Hang providing I survive ! Wait,,maybe Crackrbilly can test it... So I can hide in my Roan Model!

It sure does take "dedication" to sew this material. It is slick.
I imagine there will be several willing takers to test prototypes as they roll out!

Just for fun (economic fun) FirePitGuy and I just did a cost/weight comparison. Using the new Insulhammock against a HammockGear Burrow, Incubator, and Traveler-
incubator fl 22ounces $249
burrow tq 20 ounces $249
traveler 19oz $60
tot. weight=61 ounces
tot. cost $560
Now this assumes the new 'lighter' Insulhammock can reach 20F, I know the Burrow and the Incubator can 'cause I have both. My best guess, and that is with a bit of hammocking experience is that should be no problem.
So cost-wise each system is within 50ish dollars of each other. I guess it depends on wether you like apples or oranges
Me and helper went out and tried bug net out. Worked good. It flopped off when used as a tire swing but for snoring it will work just fine. I thought the mountain storms tested the quality but they have nothing on my tornado.
The pockets were weighted with small stones. This kept a good seal of net along hammock. High wind would blow it off but then, high winds mean no bugs. Net fits just fine in pocket at foot of hammock.
Sorry on pic quality Riv and Crack.

I'm sorry if I missed it, but can you tell me the dimensions of the insulhammock?
Sure, Insulhammock body width is 50" and length is 10' plus with the top added in, width in a tubular measurement comes in at 74". Weight with 900 fill and all ARGON material comes in at 2lbs 10 oz . with no suspension. Hope this helps.
