Man, I wish we had Loons down south. They are the ultimate voice of nature.
Your videos have a calming, relaxing effect. Just what the doctor ordered.
    Thank you !

There is a chilling magic to their call...especially out there in the woods and on the water.
I was calmed by this trip deeply.

Watching all 3 videos last night before I went to bed gave me happy thoughts as I drifted off to sleep. Good to see you get out in the piney woods again!

Thankee for the vids Shug. Got me excited and missing the trail... My overnight at a campground last weekend just didn't feel the same. The quiet and sounds of the loons on the lake brought a peace to my soul that was very much needed this morning, and I thank you for that.

The QUIET was amazing in these vids. I've managed to find some calm this morning thanks to part 3. How long did it take the transitional buzzing in your ears to go away?
My boys will be excited to watch this when I get home. Thanks for taking us along AND putting out vids I can show my kiddos.

Excellent ending to the series thanks Shug. Just curious do you not ever hit the UP? I'm surprised the Porkies or NCT over there hasn't made it into your repertoire of trip reports.

There is something magical about seeing a hammock setup in a nice group of trees with a view of the lake.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your trip.

Campgrounds never cut it for me either. Car doors slamming, ignition dinging.....arggggg.
hope you get out there. Go Go now!

I'll get to the UP but so many trails here I have yet to fully explore.

Thanks.....I had some terrific hang spots on this trip. On the water ramps it up with the night views and sounds.
