First time hammock camping since 2011

Back at burrells ford for an overnight stay by the river and like the title says, I haven't been hammock camping in 3 years so there was definitely some rust to knock off. Forgot to bring any stakes, so had to use natures own. Also it got down to mid 50's when I was expecting a low of 62 and didnt bring under insulation so again my fault haha. The weather during the day was beautiful. I also realized since ive gotten much broader in the shoulder area that my Hennessey expedition asym will no longer fit me very comfortably. But overall it was great to get back at it, definitely have some new gear to purchase soon.

Hey Newton, good to hear from you. Still using a Super Shelter? Looks like you had a nice hang, at least your back didn't overheat with no back insulation and 55!

Yea long time no see man, I didnt bring the S.S. with me but I do have it. I wanted to get a few summer hangs back under my belt so I can get back used to it before I get to colder temps.
