Sounds like fun. Any free space in a car heading there from Phoenix? If the logistics work out I may be able to hop on a flight over there.

Looking at the map x marks the spot if you have one handy. Sure would help.
Leaving Henderson to Flagstaff south Lake Mary road to 87 left east 300 follow for about 18 miles to 321 left head north to 321A locate signed Dane Springs find the fence set camp. Or am I lost in the woods?

How does the group handle communication the day of the event. Just in case someone needs assistance along the way. I know cell signal is touch and go along the rim, but what is everyones experience and with what carrier? Also, I am sure we all have radios, perhaps we can pick a channel for the weekend.

Darn the bad luck anyway. I won't be off my little island and in AZ until two weeks later. Oh well, maybe next year. I have 40 acres north of Ash Fork if anyone wants to use it.
