    Cool a new danger while hanging?

    This is a first for me and I have been hammocking since 2008.
    bird pee. In the eye. I've dodged the poop Bullitt many times.......:-)

    Fine. It pooped in my eye. I'm just glad elephants can't fly.
    is way too nice out for the tarp anyway.

    actually the first article in that search result says that they do pee, but they pee in the form of semi-solid uric acid rather than our purely liquid urea: http://www.straightdope.com/columns/...2/do-birds-pee

    Well,

    This discussion is a change from the usual sewing tips, trail recipes, and complaints about the cost of underquilts we usually get.

    Not sure if that's a good thing or not, but it IS a change.

    I didn't read much, just enough to get the gist of it.
    p.s. tortoises also pee a semi solid, white urea. It stinks.
