Does anyone know whether Adam is likely to have a sale on labor day? I found this thread proving they had one in 2011, but that was a long time ago. Did they have one last year? Does he normally put UQs on sale?

He did one last year. I don't remember him doing it prior to that - though your research suggests they did.
Your guess is as good as mine if they'll do it again.
I hope it's so! I can see some Cuban in my future.
If he does, I'll be ordering a new TQ or two.

Just for reference, they usually tend to offer 10% off on their sales.
While any money off can be beneficial, you should take in to consideration the fact that you have to wait until the sale starts (a month and a half if there is indeed a Labor Day sale - even longer if the next sale is Black Friday). Then since everyone waits for the sales, that means the production time is much longer.
So the question you have to ask is this: is it worth the long wait to save $25-$30?
That's something only you can answer
I certainly hope so! I want a one their Burrows really bad but haven't been able to pull the trigger. I need some extra incentive. Been saying that since last December.
I completely agree. Also It's amazing how changing a few everyday habits can save lots of $$ to go towards things much more beneficial in life. Like that new CF tarp or 20F burrow. Buy one less coke a day. Eat out one less meal each week for a month. Watch it add up.
Chriss, you make a good point about changing daily habits and saving $$$$. If you change a couple at the same time it adds up that much quicker. I think I'll go browse the HG website.
just ordered my WBBB with superfly tarp and looking at the 20 degree Phoenix and 20 degree burrow for my insulation. Probably wont be in temps less than 10 degrees but if I am will supplement with a pad between layers or use pad for temps 60-70 degrees. This a good plan??? any input be helpful!! thanks
Sounds like a plan. I use my two 30* TQ and 20 *UQ even in the 60*'s. I just vent the bottom (slide it up or down so air passes through), and open the TQ so my feet breath. This technique works well for me, which also means less quilts to buy. I did order a zero * TQ for really low temps. This will be in tomorrow. 👍
