    2 questions:

    1. how much weight did you save by swapping suspensions from the stock BB w/ webbing, biners, and sliders(specify which biners you use)? On a related note, did you also swap out ridelines?

    2. Did you notice a difference in the lay of the hammock or comfort from changing suspensions?

I want to swap out for a whoppie if the weight reduction is significant, however, horrible with knots unless taught by someone, and afraid i wont be able to put the BB back together the way it was, or will mess it up. lol

Same answer as the other thread. I was using the Warbonnet biners. I did not change the ridgeline.

    No difference at all.

Knots aren't that bad, they just take practice. If you don't already know about it, this site is a fantastic resource for learning knots. I still reference it from time to time.

Nice mod angrysparrow! I really like the little zipper pocket, neat idea.

Nice job, AS. Thanks for posting.

I guess I need to find some time to start my BB mods. You are right, there have been very few mods posted for the BB, which points at the well thought out design that Brandon has come up with. Still, I have a few "wants" that I plan on addressing. This just added to that list.
