    New hammock owner....went with Warbonnet!

    Hi Everyone,

I've been lurking for a while. A camping buddy opened my eyes to the world of hammock camping last summer in Yellowstone and it's taken this long for me to pull the trigger. I purchased a BB 1.1 double layer (I'm 5'10"-175) and a Superfly tarp just the other day. Can't wait to get them! Unfortunately, I'm taking off into the Uintah Mountains this weekend and won't have them in time, but when I get them it just might mean a special trip!

Thanks to everyone on here that posts. I've learned a ton by watching videos and reading as much as I can. Feeling pretty confident I made a good choice.

    Talk to you soon,

    Dorian

I have the same set up, you will not be disappointed.
    Straight out of Clayton.

Most physical hike: Grandfather Mountain, NC. Aug 13.

I don't need to make my pack lighter. I need to make my (_*_) lighter.

    Enjoy the mountains this weekend.
Then it will be like Christmas when that Warbonnet box arrives.
P.s. I don't mean you'll get it on Xmas. Geez I could have said that better.

Congrats as well. I too use the WBBB and SF. I love it. I've added tarp pole mods from Dutch and they're great too. They really help open up the tarp without having extra guy lines.

Congratulations on some cool gear. My wife and I ordered a WBBB to try and loved it. That was followed by an order for another BB and two SF which we're waiting on now.
