Aug 15-18 actually works better for me.
I just checked Accuweather and it is calling for .75" Friday - .41" Saturday - .29" for Sunday morning with possible thunderstorms each day. That being said they could be completely off on their forecast as they usually are!

Next week works better for me because I will have Friday afternoon off from work for travel time.
Everyone ought to believe in something....I believe I'll go set up the hammock!
I'm only hiking in for the day, but wouldn't be able to go next weekend. The weather looks like storms all next week, too, so it may be no better then. Just the nature of summer weather.
