No, there's not one specifically for hammocking gear. The closest thing is the annual Trail Days festival in early May in Damascus Virginia. Many of the hammock vendors attend that annually, but not all.

hey, they're called "group hangs"!!! Just gotta find one in your area
There are outdoor retail shows put on a couple times a year, but most are not open to the regular public (there is one going on this week in Salt Lake).
I think a group hang would be a great place to see the best selection though. There would likely be many different hammocks and different suspension systems since hammockers seem to be such a creative group

I went to the Hot Springs group hang, it was great. Everyone was very patient with all my questions and letting me try out their hammocks. Took the plunge and rose up off the ground with a Clark I bought on this site. Great way to meet people and lust after gear!
