Easy portable child setup?

I have agreed to make my kids and niece and nephew a portable hammock stand to use with their new hammocks. I am thinking of making the turtledog stands. I need something they can setup on their own if I'm not there to set it up for them. Their ages are 8-12.
Does anyone have any suggestions for other easy portable setups or tips to make them kid user friendly.

There's a video out there of a guy who just used a 1.25" hardwood dowel by 4'-5' tall with a couple guy lines for each end. I'll see if I can find the video.

Thanks Truehart I found the video. After many tries only the youngest could set up the guys with success on his own, so the other 3 got turtle dog stands.
