My DIY hammock setup - video

I hang mine like you Klauss. That caught my eye in the video too.

But I noticed something very basic in your first vid that threw me --- When attaching your UCR loop to your MSH, you hang the loop off the BACK of the knot (from behind.) I've always hung the loop on the TOP of the knot (over the top of the tree strap rather than under it.)

My way has always worked just fine and I assume yours has as well. Have I been doing it backward all this time? Is there a standard or doesn't it really matter?

As you guessed it has always worked for me. Maybe I am backwards.
