I'm curious what opinion the OP (NOTBUSYENOUGH) now has of the whole experience and his end product. I'm 100% in agreement with GoatHanger that your perceived experience with a vendor (or anything you do in life) is directly related to your expectations. If you set realistic or cautious expectations of an event from the get-go, and you are quickly willing to set a new baseline for your expectations as new data presents itself, you'll nearly always be pleasantly surprised by the outcome.

I'm reminded of that important lesson over and over.
