Ridgerunner double layer - whoopie set up - weight???

I have a JRB BMBH and love it. Being that I'm a gear junky and that Brandons work is amazing. I'm interested in the RR double layer with whoopies. Anyone or Brandon, what is the weight of this setup? I'm not a gram weenie but I would like to know out of curiousity.

The weight is posted on Warbonnet. DL 1#7.5oz spreader bars 12oz. DL Multicam 1#11oz spreader bars 12oz. Each listed is with whoopies which save 3oz but cost an additional $10.

I love my DL Multicam with straps and Dutch clips. I tried it with whoopies and prefer the straps and buckles.

Why did you switch out the whoopies?

Yes, on my phone I can't see the individual option product details either. That is why I logged on to provide the weights.

Honestly, fiddling with whoopies is less enjoyable than the simplicity of the straps. I live in the PNW where I may encounter pretty large trees and need to carry tree straps to connect the whoopies too anyway. I tried a couple of different strap combos and compared to the straps and buckles. I just like the simplicity of the straps and buckles, I guess. I now have all of my family members' hammocks rigged with straps and buckles and everyone can set up, tension, adjust and take down their own gear. (I still do this as my girls are generally off exploring the instant we hit camp until the last moment before we leave, so mostly I like this suspension system best so everyone in my house uses it.)
