Yep, just e-mail WarbonnetGuy (whose real name is Brandon. Brandon is his name) and he'll give ya the scoop straight from the proverbial horse's mouth.

I was stuck on full length quilts, but yeah, if you're open to a short UQ the Yeti's are a great option. I don't even use a full length UQ in winter, strictly a Yeti guy.

sooo ive emailed warbonnetguy and am now going to be getting a blackbird!!! But Ive decided, due to some funding issues, that im going to slowly get what I need. I will start off with the BB, then get a tarp (anyone wanna talk me into getting a certain one?) and then finally for Winter Solstice (AKA Christmas) ask for a yetti, or a full lenght from JRB. I havnt decided yet (you can try talking me into one here too )
    Hows that plan sound??

Ron and others, the te-wa quilt also fits the HH models. It has differentially cut shells. and the suspension allows the quilt to shift, working well on the diagonal. (a difficult to control situation is the rectangle cut of any quilt fitting to a teardrop shape, and then a diagonal teardrop shape to boot..)

I don't have a lot of experience with other tarps, so it's hard for me to provide recommendations based on comparison, but I really like my OES MacCat Deluxe in SpinnUL fabric. It's a popular choice for the BB hammock and its build quality is very, very good. If you are interested, Brian (the OES guy) is quick to answer email inquiries. The SpinnUL version is NOT shown on his website. http://www.outdoorequipmentsupplier....cat-tarps.html

    Climberslacker,

The JRB MW3S will work well on both the HH and WBBB.... 20 * capable with your pad under legs/feet....Close to your original cost goal $210.... Later if you want a full length you can order the MW3C "Compliment" and have the full UQ capability.
