Dale Gribble: I'm thinking, "new hammock." For me, laying and swaying in a hammock is like a steady morphine drip without the risk of renal failure.
Randy : yea but just remember yer roots and where ya come from....you got Hennessy in yer blood son......
Can you explain the "vented" comment? I have ENO and tarp and bugnet which works very well for me. But I am intrigued???

Feels pretty flat to me, but I'm a side sleeper. I'll get more photos from the trail when I return on the 5th.
In case anyone is curious; I know Randy has his nifty web site calculator too:
- Netting and bag 118 g
- 10 ft straps (x2) 124 g
- buckles (x2) 41 g
- over cover and bag 183 g
- Stuff sack 17 g
- hammock w/ amstl 406 g
- Measured total 887 g
That's 1.6 HypderD under and 2.0 multicam overcover. I run into longer tree spans, wider trees and alpine/lake/ocean winds often, so I'll likely always have everything together, but under 2 lbs is pretty hard to beat unless you're sharing a tent or in a bivy. I wonder what that 1.0 Woodland one from a few weeks ago weighs-in at.
Sweet. Looking to maybe order one for myself. Let me know how it sleeps. Comparing it against my WBBB XLC.
