Getting a Flag for my Hammock

That's right, it's another thread about getting a flag for my hammock setup...but this time, it's not the "where do I get one from" question. I know about Devil Woman Flags and the pre-designed HF flags she has available (http://dwflags.com/store/index.php?page=3&cat_id=6)...but I'm hoping to do something a bit different. I'm looking to get one of these:

make a hi-res scan of it, and get it turned into a flag with a small modification (replacing the words "Elevate Your Perspective" with "Life is Good in the Woods"); however, I want to make sure that I have permission to use/modify this image before I order. Does anybody know whose permission I'd need to get in order to make this flag?
