Ordered 9/15 still haven't received a shipping notice... now 10/19.
I emailed with Jenny 2 weeks ago and was told it would ship Monday or Tuesday this last week. I had to email again to find out what is happening. If I haven't gotten a response by Monday morning, I will be canceling my order.
I have an Incubator from them, that I like, although it has taken weeks of trial and error to get it dialed in. I think they put out a quality product, but I feel like another customer that has been forgotten. Not ok.
Update: I want to update this post and say that they have totally taken care of me. Renewed my faith in this company and I am very much looking forward to receiving my new Winter Palace... I know yall are jealous now!
