    Ordered 9/15 still haven't received a shipping notice... now 10/19.

    I emailed with Jenny 2 weeks ago and was told it would ship Monday or Tuesday this last week. I had to email again to find out what is happening. If I haven't gotten a response by Monday morning, I will be canceling my order.

    I have an Incubator from them, that I like, although it has taken weeks of trial and error to get it dialed in. I think they put out a quality product, but I feel like another customer that has been forgotten. Not ok.

    Update: I want to update this post and say that they have totally taken care of me. Renewed my faith in this company and I am very much looking forward to receiving my new Winter Palace... I know yall are jealous now!

    Sounds about right. Maybe they made a lot of the shells ahead of time and then just wait for an order to stuff and ship.

    Yeah another benefit of the basic black. Ships fast, doesn't get dirty, moisture dries fast in the sun, blends in fairly well with nature, I'm boring
