Advertiser banners cut off

The ads I'm seeing in top right corner of the site are always cut off on the right and bottom.
My screen is wider than the website so it's not that I'm cutting them off.
Have the dimensions of the banner space changed and these are old ads running?
Is anybody else seeing this?

Yes, it looks like they aren't rendering properly like they used to - it's not just you or your computer/browser.

Now that I've refreshed my a page a few times, it seems some are ok, like Dutch's, Dream Hammock's, UGQ's but other's aren't, like Hammock Gear and Jacks 'R' Better.
Maybe the dimensions have changed and those are old ads.

I thought the purpose was so you accidentally hit the banner when doing a search....which I have done several times. $$ per click?

I enlarge the text, I thought that is why some of the ads are cut off. I guess not, since the rest of you are noticing the same thing.
