What are dimensions of the Exped single - couldn't find them on Amazon. Also what color. The link shows a red one but I see they come in different colors. Finally, in the Amazon photo, the guy in the hammock is using a (inflatable?) pillow. Is that attached or part of the package? Is the material ripstop nylon?
