Still wet behind the ears in this hammock world. Thought I would not be able to join this hang due to prior commitment... today I found out my weekend has freed up. I am anxious to meet everyone and learn more about hangin in style. Looking forward to making new friends.

I just don't want to have to hook to that massive tree in the site. I had to add 6' of strap to get around it, the first time I was there.Plenty for everyone.

Hey does anybody have an extra hammock that my 13 year old little brother can use while we are there we were going to buy him one of the ten dollar walmart hammocks but they are all sold out within 50 miles of here or if you have one of the ten dollar ones laying around ill buy it from you when we get there thank you
I've got a couple extra hammocks lying around that y'all can borrow. Does he need a tarp, too? Just bring stakes for it and you're welcome to borrow a setup from me.

I'll have a complete setup as well, minus stakes & UQ , but we'll manage in comfort and look forward to sitting round the campfire with everyone!
All packed up and ready to go... is it Friday yet?
Oh, and I'll have a tent, bag, and pad (from my ground-dwelling days) with me just in case anyone needs to borrow a shelter.
