    G'Day from Sydney Australia

    Hey Everybody,

I'm from Sydney, Australia and decided to join this forum in preparation of getting into the swing of things

I am looking at getting my first hammock. I've narrowed it down between an Explorer Deluxe Asym and a Kammok.

I came to this forum for tips on what to buy, how to setup, and learn about the ultimate hang.

I'd like to use my hammock on hiking trips, lazily reading a book, or just looking at the sky.

    Cheers!
    HWW

Take a seat, make yourself comfortable & settle down with a beverage of choice, horsewithwings....it's a big library.
    Welcome to the forum.
Mountain views are good for the soul....& getting to them is good for my waistline.

Welcome to the forum! Our family uses 5 Hennesseys. MY wife and I are both in Explorer Deluxes for over 2 years now. Very happy with them.

    Thanks for the reply guys.

There is a great vibe in this place - everyone loves to hang.

Will look into the Explorer Deluxe when I get paid. Thanks for the tips - it looks like the most solid overnight hang system out there.

    Heya from Tassie horsewithwings!

Haven't used a Hennessey or Kammock but can confirm that Warbonnet hammocks are great and it's hard to go by Aussie manufacturer in Tier gear, fantastic local service and great products.

    Happy hanging,

    Metz
