I live in South Texas and even on the coldest winter nights in the hill country here it rarely drops into the 20s, and is generally significantly warmer. I am not buying a TQ at the time, due to my wife having me on a hammock gear allowance, instead i am going with a 25f sleeping bag. So, should i get a 20 or 40 incubator considering it rarely gets into the 20s here, AND i am a warm sleeper (.wife will sleep under 1-2 comforters and i am toasty under a fleece throw). Also i plan on incorporating a good UQP.
Weight does matter some, but the 5-6 oz difference between a 20 and a 40 aren't a huge game-changer
