    New England?

Anybody of you folks in New England ever get together for overnight hammocking, perhaps in the Whites? Looking to get out a bit more and don't feel like soloing. Anyway, got to test out my incoming Blackbird.

I am from Maine and do all my over nights usually on the Appalachian Trail in Maine at some place or another.

Where about in NH are you?

Manchester, New Hampshire. Looks like one and a half good months left before the weather starts getting squirrely.

I am planning a four day hike next weekend in Maine with two other people. We currently have room for one more person.

We will be hiking the Appalachian Trail from Caratunk to Monson. We will be leaving Caratunk this Friday morning and arriving in Monson Monday evening sometime.

Regrettably can't make next weekend (serious bummer). I appreciate the invite, though. Have a great trip!

I will be doing something on 11-12 September here in Maine. Leaving Friday morning and coming back Saturday night.

Now that's just tempting. Let me know what you're thinking and I'll see if I can get my wife to drop me off up your way.

OK, I will get back to you. There are so many options. I love the Bigelows and can do them every weekend .

I would also like to hike in from Success Pond road up the Carlo Col Trail to Full Goose Goose Shelter and then to Grafton Notch the next day.

Like I said there are so many options.

My only challenge is that we're a one-car family, so I have to beg a ride from my wife :-)

I can see where that could be a challenge. The other challenge is that my weekends are Friday and Saturday. Most people could not work with my weekends.
