How long does it usually take to get a response back from WB?

Looking to get a hammock for next month and have not received an email back about turn around time.

Brandon usually replies to an email within 24 hours based on my experience. Double check what address you used, and that a response from him didn't get filtered as junk mail.

I always received 24 hour response to my questions while researching my Blackbird XLC. I have to admit to being anxious to get my hands on the hammock to give it a try. Brandon was always factual, helpful. My wait was three weeks from order. Having used my Blackbird, was worth waiting. Lot of good workmanship and design.

For some reason the website emails dont go thru for some people,,, use this email to contact Brandon and he will respond within a day.
