I'll post some pics of the bottle as soon as I get a chance. Maybe that's the problem.
The only Seam Sealer on Coleman's website is a urethane sealer which is the wrong stuff for silnylon.

I am sorry to hear about this, as others have said, it may have been the wrong stuff to use. I offer this as some possible help, I bought mine from Marty at WildernessLogics and have had no problems.

I actually picked it up at Walmart last year when I was sealing my water bag for my sawyer gravity filter project. It worked on the bag during home testing but I haven't even got to test it in the field.
