Dream Hammock FreeBird

Excited to say that I placed my order for my Dream Hammock.....now the wait! I ordered one in HyperD 1.6oz Olive with matching stuff sack.

I know this is nothing new to everyone, but I just want to say that PaPa Smurf was awesome to work with and answered all my questions and many emails, sometimes even late at night after I emailed him. I am glad I went this route for my first hammock than one of the big companies made over seas. I doubt I would have gotten the same treatment with all my noob questions.

Just giving props to great customer service!

Congrats! I love my Dream Hammock. Working with Papa Smurf was great, and really made me glad that I went with him for my hammock.

I found the same thing as well. Papa Smurf has been great answering all my Roaming Gnome order questions as well. Great guy to deal with!!

yup, excellent service. I ordered a freebird last winter in atacs and looking at the order status page I saw my order was for a acu camo (witch I cant stand) went into panic mode, emailed him about my order and he said something like yup we messed up and will change the order on the status page, I believe he even apologized for the mix up witch wasn't a big deal as long as I didn't get an acu hammock. love my atacs camo freebird, so nice looking, the stitching is beyond great!!!
