Has anyone used this in place of a summer "underquilt" for warm nights? If, so, how low can you go?

Tom,
It is a DriDuck's poncho that you can purchase from the Jacks that you purchase from them ( here: http://www.jacksrbetter.com/DriDucksPoncho.htm )
then you purchase the weather shield mod from them and you have two options (also two different prices) you can either purchase the mod kit and DIY onto the poncho, or you can have the Jack's apply the mod kit to the poncho for you (once again a different price)!
So when you purchase the DriDucks poncho from the Jack's you add the Mod kit to your cart (either the kit, or the kit applied by the Jacks) and they will send you what you have purchased from them!
Once you have it there are three option's you can use it for (maybe more as you guy's/gall's are so inventive, much more than I) it function's as a poncho, or a hammock undercover (covering your quilt's), or in warmer weather you can use it in place of a pad or quilt!
I have not used mine in warmer weather "YET" so I cannot comment as to how it performs, I do know that it worked very well to protect my UQ and added some extra warmth!
I will take pic's of it (and my small head, LOL) later tonight for ya'll!!
Also here is a video link that was done about it,

I have a Driducks poncho that I only use for an under cover. It does work good but is fragile, a bit heavy and doesn't pack down as well as a rip stop nylon would. If someone made an untreated ripstop undercover I'd buy one right now. (hey Paul...hint, hint) 2Q/ZQ make a silnylon one but I'd be concerned about condensation since sil doesn't breathe.
Ounces to Grams.

My Driduck's with weather mod weigh's 9oz, it's multi-use, and for me it works! For some it might not! If I get a hole in it thats one of the reason's I have duct tape (besides all the other reason's)! Yes Driducks is fragile, but I don't go bushwacking, so if you do, don't bother looking at this as it won't hold up!
Thanks guys, CB for the vid link...
I am getting a better picture of what this is,
A poncho is modified whithout changing/adding to the structure with panels or such...
It is the DRIDUCKS poncho with strings to make it an undercover/weather cover.
CB let's see it on.
A perfect night here ...rainy and dank
Thanks all
Tom
Sorry but I didn't get a chance to get the pic's of it yet, darn kid's wanted to play all night, and after I finally got them to bed I was sooooo exhausted, will try today!?!?

Here are a couple pic's for ya Tom!
The poncho also has a built in stuff sack that is attached on the inside up near the back of the neck and works very well, the last pic with it next to a 16oz soda bottle (for size ref.) is it in the stuff sack! the Pic that AC posted is how it looks when it is attached to the hammock! There are draw strings at the bottom to tighten it up around the leg's (which also function to gather the ends when used on the hammock)! Also depending on what size backpack you have it could possibly function as a pack cover while you are wearing it!?!?
