In a big storm, Superfly is awesome to have. But for mild weather, I find the Mamajamba to be more than sufficient.
Have fun with your new tarp.
Technically, a Superfly is a mamajamba, but with doors attached. True, the Superfly is large, but if you plan on winter camping, go with the Superfly, because those doors are invaluable. In the summer, you can pull back the doors, tie the ends together, and it is essentially a mamajamba. The Superfly packs down to about 4" in diameter, by 10" in length, and weighs about 1 pound, without rigging.
Try you may, fail you might. -unknown
The Superfly should be here anyday now and it seams to be about the same size as my eno Profly and less weight too! I am not a gram counter so I will not mind the little extra weight for the added protection doors seam to provide. Thanks guys!
I got an MJ last summer and it has served me well. Bought a doors kit later when the weather turned.
Even in warmer weather misting and blowing rain made me want the doors.
In the end.....wish I got the SF the first time. I'll use MJ with doors for now.
I love my supperfly cant beat it
You might have a look at the "Winter Dream" from Underground Quilts.
It's available in both 132" (11ft) and 144" (12 ft) ridgeline length.
Doors included, beefy snaps, beefy stress points on all tie-outs.
The OP has already ordered and is expecting delivery, so why mention a tarp he didn't ask about, and after he ordered? It's cost is more and so is the weight. The only advantage, that I see with the "Winter Dream" is the ridgeline length.
Superfly all the way. Maybe I'm bias because I have a camo one odered.....RR

The eno profly is 22oz compared to 19oz of the superduperfly... So yes a little lighter, of course enos number I think include the two piece ridgeline and the tie outs, so really on weight to weight it may be a draw... But on coverage to weight the superduperfly wins by almost 4 feet in width, plus the door, plus middle tie outs... It's almost no comparison...
Live, Laugh, Love, if that doesn't work. Load, Aim and Fire, repeat as necessary...

It is possible that OTHER PEOPLE are reading and trying to decide for themselves. They might not be aware of other options.
Underground Quilts is located in the OP's home state. He might have been able to pick one up in person, and possibly even with a cash discount.
If I want lighter weight I use my HG cuben fiber tarp.
But in winter when I'm hunkering down for wind storms and snow, it's worth the weight penalty for the bigger tarp and stronger attachment points.
And finally, I think many people don't know of Underground Quilts at all and just may not be aware of them. I have been pleased with my Winter Dream and wanted to spread the word.
The doors are edged with a nylon webbing and they have secure snap hardware. Think of it as a door frame that both cleans up the look and protects the edge of the dry wall. The nylon reinforcements on the pull-outs are heavier duty than other sil tarps I have seen. I don't know that any sil tarp could be called 'bomb-proof' but the Winter Dream comes as close as any.
