Use a carpet needle I you can do the lock and brummel like your stitching something. She explains what needle.

So you did the locked brummel but you can't get the bury, is that right? For that I use a length of 22awg uninsulated copper wire from radioshack. I take a length at least twice as long as the intended bury and fold it in half that way theres nothing that can catch inside the line. You can also use guitar string.

Tried some trip wire I think it's to thin? I Just can't get it to bury (Feed down thought the other line) ?? I want (6) lines 4ft with a locked brumell on the end (Loop) ??? Help
I have used military snare/trip wire for 1.75 and it worked beautifully. Here's a trick I have used successfully. Take a thin knitting needle and open up the braid with it. Open it up at both ends. This will help getting it started and finishing it. Milking the bury down will bring everything back into place.

Whatever you use has to be stout enough to feed through the line in the first place, but beyond that, larger size becomes a hindrance.
Don't for get to taper the end of the line. MUCH easier to bury!
