Just back from a rainy overnight trip. Had a great time and got to test my gear in the rain. I am using my new Kelty Noah 12 tarp and really liked the amount of coverage it gave me.
When setting my tarp up the lines were not attached and this caused delay setting up. In the inclement weather this was of some concern. I decided I would keep them attached for next time.
Then it came time to take the tarp down. The attached guy lines were in the way and made it more difficult to stuff the tarp into it's bag. Being wet it did not help.
So now I am left with a question. Do most of you leave your guy lines attached or do you keep them separate?
