Law Dawg,
If you haven't done so already, somewhere in that trip report Rat has posted a link to all the pictures he took. Sort of a slideshow, of sorts.
In there, you'll see pictures of my setup and close-ups of the XL New River.
It made quite an impression!
It's on down through the list at:

It's labeled as "Alan's Uberquilt". There's also a shot of it in the picture before that one.
Thanks Alan, just ordered the NR long with Universal Digital and insulation upgrade. The XL was tempting but advice from Paul and price won out. Might even be Paul's first Insultex Deep Winter Quilt upgrade (KAQ-DWQU...that's right I claim this as my first acronym creation) customer.

That's awesome news!
Yep, it's official, we now have the first option for winter grade quilts available in stock. We have done a couple that are now making there way out into the winter. Alan has one of the first with 2 layers of insulation, out regular 6oz + a layer of 2.5xp(he got just about the last off it) Another member has a double layered quilt with 2 layers of the 6 that shipped yesterday and should be to him tomorrow. And we just got in some 11.5oz that we will be putting into Law Dawg's. That option is going to be how we will normally be offering a 4 season quilt that should be good into the low teen or below. I want some testing results to confirm the math on temps guys.
The upgrade option is now up on the last page of the store, just add it to the cart along with a quilt and we will change out from the 6 oz to the 11.5oz when we make the quilt.

BTW Paul; long or regular, which fits best for a WBBB and what is the difference in actual length?
regular fits up to 6 foot folks well, the long fits up to 6'6" folks, either will fit the BB comfortably.
