    Wouldn't this work

    I'm trying to avoid using knots for now

    I have seen people use a biner and to rings for tension, wouldn't just using two biners at each end without the rings work as well? it seems that the two biners would bite just like the rings.

    I would like to try some things that don't require modifying the hammock just yet, I would like to start with the easy stuff first.
