So, last night I got bored and decided that I would try to make my own UQ. I do have one of the 20 F cuben Phoenix UQ's coming from HG (and hopefully will be here Tuesday since it didn't get here yesterday). So, anyway, I got it in my head a few items that I would need and found that I had most of them at home. So, I headed to the local Wally world and picked up the remainder of items and came home and went to work.

What I ended up with is a 43x60 inch rectangular shaped UQ that weighs 19.3 oz! (My goal here was to go cheap, just in case it didn't work out.) I am hoping that it will get me to about 40 - 45 F. If not, oh well.

Anyway, I have posted a full write up along with pics and a video on my blog. Check it out and let me know what you think. Thanks.
