    Tarp / Poncho

Has anyone seen or made a full size tarp that doubles as pocho?
All I can find in poncho/tarp combinations is sort of 130x 250cm.
That might work as a solo shelter on the ground, but my NX 250 won't fit.
So I am looking to find a tarp which is large enough to give me plenty of shelter and still protects me and the backpack from rain.
After a lot of try and error I came to the conclusion that nothing is breathable in tropical climate, and the poncho has the best cover & ventilation.
Any ideas? Ideas on what to do with the extra material ( what I mean is that a big tarp might be a bit wide and long, and might have to be tucked in or something..?)
    Thanks
