Uncle Ray Ray and Joey headed out for a hang at Black Rock cliffs of Friday. We had an excellent site

Just back from the cliffs with great views.

We ate supper out on the cliffs and watched the sunset. Had an excellent conversation and enjoyed the view of Hagerstown from above. We got up just past sunrise, enjoyed the views a bit more, then hiked back to Rocky Run Shelter area for a second night out.

Here's Joey's set up for that night. I ended up taking the tarp down and enjoying the view of the stars. Jupiter was very visible and it was an amazing night.

In the morning a tent camper came over to check out our set ups. Here's Ray Ray showing off his Black Bird and DIY IX/Climashield UQ. This UQ was a thing of beauty and should keep him warm down to 20F easily. It only got to 39F during our trip, and we were both plenty warm.

Only had a two mile walk back to the car from here. 19 miles total for the weekend. Excellent time and great company! A very enjoyable weekend.
