It's always best if your an early riser!
I prefer the sewn footbox. Less fiddle factor

I just ordered a 0* Burrow and got snaps. I'll just stuff a pair of clean socks into the hole at the bottom when I draw it up. Hole closed and clean socks for in the morning.
However, in all fairness, my 20* Burrow is sewn.

I took care of this dilemma. I bought one of each. 😏
My new Burrow is an 0 snap. It's my first snapper so I don't know yet. If they were the same price I would have got the sewn. I guess I just don't care how I get all puffed up.
My "Burrow" had snaps. I finally pulled one thru (my bad) the fabric at the Winter Camping Symposium. I had Stormcrow sew it shut, but kept the drawstring intact for venting. Love it this way. Thank you Adam for the stellar service.

i like snaps (is that velcro?) on my top quilts b/c that way they can be used as an uq as well. then again, i rarely hang in freezing temps
Exactly. I have two underquilts when the girlfriend goes with me, or I have a top quilt and underquilt when she doesn't. snaps for me. We're usually car camping when we're together, so we just use sleeping bags for top quilts.
