I would just like to thank Jacks r better for their excellent customer service. I ordered some gear a few weeks ago and contacted Jack as the package had not turned up in the UK. Without hesitation they offered to send another order, no quibbles. We agreed to leave it for another week and low and behold I got a card in the post today stating I can collect the package on Monday.
As it turned out the package had been lost by uk customs for a while.
We soon voice our discontent at bad customer service but we don't praise good service often enough. So to Jacks, thank you for the service.
