    North Country Trail overnighter

    Did an overnighter on the NCT just south and west of Walker, MN while the wife was at her regional meetings in Walker. Started at the parking area on Hwy 64 and hiked west to Lake Waboose camp site. The hike was about 5.5 miles of easy terrain on a very well maintained trail, kudos to the Itasca Morane Chapter for doing such a good job on this section of the trail and the camp at Lake Waboose. I highly recommend this hike.
