the Night Owl is a great hammock.
it is designed for big fellers, the quality is superb.
their customer service is remarkable.
i prefer a net-less to an integrated bug net hammock. feels less confined and gives me somewhere to throw clothes that need to air out.

If you camp in a buggy area then the BlackBird 1.7 double would be a good hammock for you. Lots of great tarps out there but if you can afford it go for a Cuben and they are super light weight and Cuben is fun to say.
Recommend you attend a group hang so you can check out other set ups to get a better idea what might work for you.
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !
My WBBB 1.1 dbl, tarp from Papa Smurf, and Yeti fit in one side of a Wolfman E-10 saddlebag on my KLX250S. At your height, I'd go with a longer hammock in the 11 ft range. Any of the site hammock vendors should be able to accommodate your needs, even if you need some custom work donw.
