Reuse of Attachments?

I find myself frequently uploading the same photos as attachments to use in multiple threads. All of these are listed in the "User CP" under Attachments. Is there a way to "reuse" a photo from this listing instead of repeatedly uploading and adding to the data stored on site?

Or do I need to suck it up and learn to upload to my albums and post all photos from there?
