Forces me to wonder, and please don't take offense gargoyle, if the hanger's weight and the fabric weight don't factor in. A heavier hanger in a hammock made from lighter weight fabric, should force the weave open more. Don't know if that would also be a factor in a double-layer, but I wonder if those that have been bitten through the double-layers were heavy hangers, or moderately heavy hangers in 1.1 rigs?Originally Posted by gargoyle
