    Texas, Guadalupe Mountains

    Has anyone ever spent time in the Guadalupe Mountains around spring break? I have been reading that the winds are pretty bad during that time. I am trying to plan a trip for that area for spring break and wondering if I should push it for later in the year and go somewhere else for spring break 2014. Any ideas or suggestions?
