Enjoy and have fun with your family, before they have fun without you

BTW, where are/were you overseas?
- We're never going to survive this!!
- Nonsense. You only say that because no one ever has.
Thanks everyone - I had to share with people that would really appreciate it as my wife is not a hanger or camper. It was a major investment, but my back will greatly appreciate it as it is lighter and I will be more comfortable when I sleep. Someone asked - I'm currently in Afghanistan (as a contractor, not a soldier).

My forum name is Fish<><; I'm in the navy; and I hate sleeping on the ground. If I didn't need ground to walk on or measure resistance to, I think I could happily give it up.
Welcome back brother. Your going to love what you got. I know my back feels a lot better in a hammock after the military. Hang Safe
Thats the way to do it, all out. You chose a good set of gear all around. Welcome back home and have tons of fun hanging.
Nobody can say you have bad taste in gear ! Enjoy!

Haha. For my cookset I traded in the iron skillet for an alky stove.....
Actually I use a primus express canister stove that I plan on keeping. The 15 lbs counts everything else that I'm using/usually carry.
