    Nope....went to REI and tried them on. Don't use a thicker Winter sock, just a beefy hiking sock.

    Another great video. I do love the little moments you squeeze into these vids such as morning coffee with a view and a thought and then water movement under, over and through the ice. Hammock, ground, whatever, those are the things we all get out there for.

    Beautiful just beautiful. Love that area. I'll remember all those boys work clearing in the spring if I do my usual All our snow is gone on the south shore so thanks for letting us into your wonderful white excursion.

    I think the rain took most of the snow in Ely as well. It was all gone from the trees as we hiked out.

    Great video like always. Winter is a pretty season. I was at a Boy Scout camp this summer and meet some scouts that have never seen snow. I invited them up from Florida this winter to do some hiking and camping. I hope they come I think they would enjoy it. Videos like this makes me look forward for winter camping.
