According to Amazon, the aforementioned book will be available to ship on Monday. It's already on the IU Press website, as well.

    I'd guess spring break...

For me, a planned change in employer but the previous one decided he didn't want a 2 week notice. I convinced him that paying for that time would be in HIS best interest. After a little complaining, he agreed and my planned trip for May moved up!!

Started packing today...all done except the food. Always amazes me how little the gear list changes for 1 day or 5...just add food!! (and stink! )
weather looks pretty good...hi 50s and lows mid 30s...chance of light rain everyday...good hiking weather!!
I'm very curious to see where my pack shakes out weight wise...I'll post.

    Animal,

I am envious.. The wife and I went to do Oxely Trail Head up and around Delaney, past Sturgen Trail Head and Back down for a Loop.. 18.5 Miles or 19, we did it in one day. Want to get out there bad.

I hope you have a blast.

Let me know where to run my caches!

Trout > Just taking stock of people heading out pre HH II.

Can't join em yet, but getting close. Tax check due any day. That will help.

Snagging that cheap Pinnacle saved bunches. I had been looking enviously at Shug's OHM, and wondering where the 175 was gonna pop up from!

I was at Chicago today. Picked-up some odds and ends for the hang and hopefully, I can get out the first weekend of April for a day or two.

    Another Hoosier

I just joined yesterday hoping to learn more about hammocks and was surprised to see a discussion of a trail that runs through my county! I was just out hiking on the Knobstone trail yesterday. I hiked the first 4 miles from Deam lake and back. Good luck with your trip.
