    Snakeskins and Big Mamajamba Tarp

I have had a few PM's regarding the sizing of the Hennessy Hammocks Snakeskins #4 on the Warbonnet Big Mamjamba and I wanted to post how they fit with pictures. I will post later on the Blackbird too. So here it is ... hope this helps!

    Here is the Big Mamajamba:

The Hennessy Snakeskin: By the way they fit PERFECT! #4#4#4#4

    Here's another:

Another of them waiting to go on:

It really doesn't look like that it will fit when it's all set up but when you packing it away it cannot be beat! ..(unless I made my own with no-see em).

All in all this Snakeskin fit my tarp easily! ... So go head and buy that Snakeskin you wanted..... it will fit! The Big Mamjamba is 11ft at the ridge line!

What is the diameter of snake skins #4? If I wanted to sew my own, how wide should the fabric be?

The #4 goes from 1 inch at the small end to 3 inches at the large end. As you can see in the picture there are 2 of them and they are about 6' long for each.
    Hope that helps.

I love my snakskins. I have the same tarp in Spinn. Slippery and a little tricky to get started going into the snakeskin but once it is started, zip it slides right in.
