Thanks! I like the prussic idea a lot. how is the non-business end of the prussic attached to the underquilt? What is the second loop going to the caribener in the second picture?
Edit: one issue that occured to me: Do you find that the thinner shock-cord prussic loops max out their extension resulting sagging heavier shock cord between them?
I have the triangle thingies tied onto the suspension right at the whipping mass on both ends of the hammocks. On the underquilt, I have attached to loops on the corners. On the shock cord, I have cord locks. Those cord locks get inserted through the loops on the triangle thingies, like toggles. That way it's fast and easy to both adjust and take off.
The only issue with this is finding cord locks that are strong enough to hold tight.
