I was starting to get a little antsy....

I ordered a 20deg incubator on 2/21. Adam was super helpful answering my questions. I knew it would be at least a few weeks, so I sat back and waited....

I saw others who order around the same time I did were getting their quilts, and I began to worry a little: did the website update mess up my order?

Did I lose my place in line? Was it shipped and it got stolen???

Is there a conspiracy going on?!?!?!?

I was going to call and ask directly, but I was hesitant because I know how busy those guys are. Then, on a whim, I checked my email spam folder today...

Dated 3/7, sandwiched between a zillion spam emails about fake rolex's and cheap perscription drugs, an email simply titled: "Your HammockGear order has been shipped!"

BOO-YAAAA!!

...and all was right with the world! To all you others waiting with baited breath, hang in there!!

Guess I need to add HammockGear to my contacts list!

I ordered my TQ and UQ a couple days after you, so I hope to be getting notification soon! I'll have to keep an eye on my spam folder. Thanks for the info!

This has me concerned. I ordered mine on 2/11 and it has not arrived. I've been considering making the call, but figured I'd give it a month. I think I will make that call though, now.

I would call. I ordered both my UQ and TQ separately; both after 2/11 and the latter arrived today. I know they are getting hit hard with "season change" business, but Adam was wonderful to work with.
