Here I am on the front page again

I'll take whatever cold we get, and hope for fresh powder every day and lots of it, at -10 and below might not get any fresh snow at all

Sounds good.. Thanks! For the few days I will need them.

I've been wanting to get a pair. A tough purchase when snow is a rare sight down here.

Does anyone know what the snow conditions are like up there? It got pretty warm up there last week so Im wondering if it's crusted over like it is down here. In that case snow shoes may not be needed at all.

OK, TZ, Mac and I are looking at leaving about 6:00am w/4 1/2 hr drive time +1 1/2hr breakfast stop, arrival time should be about noon at parking spot. That leaves about 4-5 hours for setup. First day will be a lot of work. Personal setups, canopy setup, firewood, longfire, cooking setup, asking for peeps to chime in for approximate arrival times. Thought about meeting up for breakfast but too many variables. Am making up flags for lead in to site. Will post pic when done.

Yep, they may not...................want to take your chances???????????????????The area looks like it was initially cut for a future logging area. expect a lot of brush covered by snow..snowshoes are prudent............
